Important Information/Museum Entry Guidelines
Reservation Process:
- This event is free, but reservations are still required to guarantee entry.
- Reserve a spot for EVERY PERSON in your group, including members and children under the age of 1.
- Your reservation is not complete until you hit "Check Out" AND receive your order number. You will also receive a confirmation email and eTickets.
Joy Park Free Night Experience:
- Joy Park Free Night is from 4:30 – 8 pm. Guests can check-in at any time.
- Joy Park Free Nights are rain or shine. In the case of severe weather, Joy Park and Adventure Forest will close.
- Except for the restrooms, the inside of the Museum will be closed.
- Pets are not allowed in Joy Park. Service dogs are always welcome.
Safety:
- All guests are personally responsible for their own safety and actions while on Museum premises, including but not limited to those related to potential or actual exposure to COVID-19, and expressly waive any legal or other claims against the Children’s Museum.
- If you or a family member are feeling sick and/or have symptoms related to the COVID-19 virus, please stay home.
- Masks are optional for all guests and staff at the Museum.
