Children's Museum Reservation - Masks required

Important Information/Museum Entry Guidelines

In order to serve our most vulnerable guests, masks are required for this play session for all guests ages 3 and up, regardless of vaccination status.

By booking a reservation for this date, I acknowledge that:

  • Myself and all members of my party (ages 3 and up) will wear a mask during our visit to the Museum.
  • Masks must be cloth or disposable medical masks, fully cover the nose and mouth, and worn at all times inside the Museum unless seated at a designated table. Masks may be removed in Joy Park.
  • No medical exemptions are accepted on this date. Medical exemptions are accepted on other days. Click here to see available reservations.
  • Failure to comply with this or any of our Safer Play policies may result in my party being asked to leave the Museum.

 

Reservation Process:

  • Reserve a spot for EVERY PERSON in your group, including members and children under the age of 1.
  • Your reservation is not complete until you hit "Check Out" AND receive your order number. You will also receive a confirmation email and eTickets.
  • Reservations are free:
    • Admission for members is free.
    • General admission guests (including Explorer Pass/SNAP participants) will pay upon arrival.
    • CityPASS tickets will be scanned upon arrival.

 

Museum Experience:

  • Play sessions are 3 1/2 hours. Families can check in at any time during their play session, but we recommend arriving near the start of your session so you can get the most out of your Museum experience.
  • The majority of the Museum's exhibits are open for play including Adventure Forest, The Art Studio, Fire Station No. 1, Bubbles, ENERGY, Kinetics, My Market, Ready Vet Go, The Teaching Kitchen (no cooking classes), Joy Park, WATER, Assembly Plant and the Early Learners' Oasis.
  • The Gift Shop and Café are open. Thanks for supporting the Museum!

 

Safety:

  • For this session, we require all guests ages 3 and older to wear a mask inside the Museum, regardless of vaccination status. 
  • Masks are optional for all guests in Joy Park and Adventure Forest.
  • No medical exemptions to the mask requirement are accepted for this session. Medical exemptions are accepted on other days.
  • If you or a family member are feeling sick and/or have symptoms related to the COVID-19 virus, please stay home. We look forward to welcoming you when you feel better.
